Now Featuring Developer Proposals Submitted to NEMA

Access to reliable development data is key for smarter property research. At Plotwise, we’re making it easier to understand not just what exists on the ground, but what’s being planned.
What’s New
We’ve started regularly adding construction project details from proposals submitted by developers to the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). These submissions are part of the environmental impact review process and offer early visibility into upcoming developments.
On the Plotwise map, you’ll now see more construction activity marked with the 🚧 emoji. This symbol represents both NEMA-sourced proposals and reports submitted by users of the platform. The data includes key details like the type of project (e.g. apartment block, office complex), number of floors, and unit count when available. You can also browse all entries in the community development updates page.
Why It Matters
This data helps you anticipate what’s coming to a neighborhood - whether you're buying, advising, or investing. Seeing proposals during the approval phase gives valuable context before construction begins.
