Construction and Development Updates

The development planned on LR No. 209/21526 (formerly LR No. 209/12673) along Sixth Avenue, Parklands is a 10-storey residential apartment block comprising about 160 housing units, commonly referred to in court filings as Asili Hills Apartments. The project sits next to North Highridge. The project is currently proceeding while a court case is ongoing, with the Environment and Land Court (in Jan 2026) having declined to halt construction at the interim stage and leaving questions around land ownership and historical excisions to be determined later.
